Mixtape is back and ready to get spooky with our second instalment in the Heart of the Wairarapa dance series! Prepare yourself for a fiendishly good night at the Wairarapa Events Centre (Carterton) as we host the ultimate Halloween Rave!

Monstrous Melodies from DJ Mixx Blagger

DJ Dan, also known as Mixx Blagger, will be back on the decks, weaving a setlist that’s sure to raise the dead. Get ready for a killer mix of sounds! He’ll be dropping hits from yesteryear alongside contemporary tracks, all with a dark, Halloween lean. Expect banging anthems, dark dance classics, grimey grunge, and irresistible metal and rock drops. It’s a sonic trick-or-treat where every track is a banger!

Freakishly Good Fun Without the Frightful Hangover

• When: Join us for a compact, high-energy party from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Why: This three-hour rave is the perfect solution for those who want a truly great night out but still need to be fresh the next day. Get your freak on, avoid the ‘monster’ hangover, and still get plenty of zzz’s!
• Where: Wairarapa Events Centre, Carterton.

Dress to Kill & Win!

This is your chance to shine (or haunt) on the dance floor! Dress to kill in your most creative, terrifying, or outrageous Halloween costume. We’ll be on the lookout for the best-dressed ghoul, with a prize up for grabs! Plus, capture your frightful fashion at the photo booth and grab a drink or two from the bar to fuel your dancing frenzy.

Masterton Residents: Hop on the ‘Ghouls’ Bus!

Live in Masterton but keen to join the rave? We have a special Bus Ticket Option available just for you! This ticket includes both general admission to the event and a return seat on the dedicated bus service to and from the venue.

Important: This bus service will only run if there is enough demand, so if you want to ride with your fellow ravers, book your bus ticket option early!
