Our MicroRave service offers you setup of a great sound system for your Wairarapa-based event, party or function. Our 5kW speaker / amplifier set up will offer all that you need and more.
- Maybe you just need a great PA system to present at a meeting
- Local band playing but you want some extra kick in the PA-system

Our Services
Sound System Hire
Our powerful sound system is available for hire for your event or function. With a cumulative 5000W of power, the speakers will fill the room with music, or offer a great PA system for the event MC.
Live Event DJ
DJ Dan is available to play music for the duration of your Wairarapa event. Specialising in upbeat dance tunes from the 1970s – 2000s, get a retro-disco vibe, nightclub mix or bangin’ modern-day anthems.
DJing Intro Lessons
Are you, or do you know, a wannabe DJ? Practice your skills with a DJ-101 Intro session before spending money on costly DJ-equipment. Bring your tunes and join DJ Dan for 1-2hrs of beatmatching, backspins and loops.

DJ Dan
Hi, my name is Dan Broughton. I’m better known in the Wairarapa for my web development business Wairarapa Web Design, but I have now returned to the decks to entertain all you lovely people!
Music is what I love, with a particular lean towards 1980s-2000s electronic and funky house music, (nu)disco and big beat. But I play a diverse set including rock anthems, hip-hop, rock-and-roll, RnB and even some BritPop.
After purchasing an extensive sound system and DJ setup, turntables and more, I’m geared up and available to play at Wairarapa events. Get in touch to discuss your hire requirements.
